Other countries

For other countries, once the order has been completed, the web will show the total price of the articles, with the transport cost remaining to be determined. Upon the receipt of your order at our offices Charonia S.L., undertakes to communicate as soon as possible, by email, the total amount of the order including taxes and transportation costs if any, along with the account number where a bank transfer of the exact amount must be sent in advance.

CHARONIA S.L. does not include invoice costs that may result in customer taxes, fees or charges applied in special areas such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melillaor others.

2º DELIVERY TIMES

Orders will be shipped in no more than 7 days from the date of lodgement of the total order amount including taxes to our company and actual delivery will depend on stock availability.

2 or 3 more days will be added to the delivery time for Spain and the Balearic Islands, 10 days for Europe and 15 to 20 days for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

The delivery times are included as guidelines and CHARONIA S.L. strives to uphold them, however, as we are dealing with a third party service, delays do not imply the cancellation or refund of the order.

3º SHIPPING INCIDENTS

Any incident that may arise during the delivery of merchandise by the transport agency such as: opened, damaged, wet boxes, etc. must be recorded on the delivery invoice of the transport agency by noting it in the comments section.

Claims will not be admitted any later than 48hrs from the reception date of the order.
